Hodak's Wings

    Prepare the wings

    Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.

    Remove wings from the oven and toss them in the prepared sauce until evenly coated.

Momma's Sticky Wings
