Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Mix Egg Yolks and Sugar
In another bowl, whisk together the 3 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until creamy and pale in color.

Combine with Mascarpone
Add 1 cup of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.

Fold in Whipped Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve
Before serving, dust the top with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Slice and serve chilled.
