For the Paneer Tikka

Prepare Paneer Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Marinate the Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the yogurt marinade. Toss to coat all pieces evenly. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Paneer Tikka
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer along with the chopped vegetables. Sauté for about 10-15 minutes until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are tender.

Wash the basmati rice under cold running water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
