Soak the Chickpeas
Place the dried chickpeas in a large bowl and cover them with water. Allow them to soak overnight or for at least 8 hours until they are soft.

Form the Falafel Balls
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle the all-purpose flour over it. Mix well until the flour is incorporated. Using your hands, form small balls or patties, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Fry the Falafel
Carefully drop the formed falafel balls into the hot oil, making sure not to crowd the pan. Fry in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the falafel from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with tahini sauce, pita bread, or your choice of dipping sauce.
