Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine and Serve

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed vegetables into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
