Method

Tea Preparation

  1. 1

    Steep the Tea

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 Earl Grey tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes to extract the flavors.

Milk Preparation

  1. 2

    Heat the Milk

In another saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat. Do not boil; just heat until steaming. Stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, mixing well to combine.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 3

    Mix Tea and Milk

Remove the tea bags from the steeped tea. In a large mug, pour the steeped Earl Grey tea first, followed by the heated milk mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.

Garnishing (optional)

  1. 4

    Add Toppings

If desired, top your London Fog Tea Latte with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a swirl of whipped cream for added flavor and presentation.
