Espresso

Almond and Oat Milk (GF)

Method

Espresso Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Espresso

Start by heating your espresso machine or coffee maker. Grind the espresso coffee grounds to a fine consistency, if not already ground.

  2. 2

    Brew Espresso

Add the ground espresso coffee to the machine's portafilter. Press the coffee evenly and lock it into the coffee machine. Start the brewing process by running hot water through the coffee grounds to extract the espresso.

  3. 3

    Collect Espresso

Once the espresso is brewed, pour it into a pre-warmed espresso cup and set aside.

Milk Preparation

  1. 4

    Heat the Milk

In a saucepan, combine almond milk and oat milk. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is warm but not boiling.

  2. 5

    Froth the Milk

Using a frother or whisk, froth the warm milk mixture until it reaches a creamy, velvety texture. If desired, add sweetener to taste.

  3. 6

    Combine

Pour the frothed almond and oat milk mixture over the brewed espresso in the espresso cup, allowing the foam to sit on top.
