Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Haku vodka, Aperol, passion fruit puree, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves. Shake well until combined.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
