Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Beef
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 2
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 3
Grill the Beef
Remove the beef from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill the beef slices in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- 4
Serve
Transfer the cooked bulgogi to a serving platter, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve with your choice of two sides.
