Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Noodles

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2

Cook the Protein

In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, steak, or shrimp and cook until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add a little more oil if necessary. Add the bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

4

Combine Everything

Return the cooked protein to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked egg noodles.

5

Make the Sauce

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture in the pan.

6

Toss and Serve

Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
