Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and prepare them as described.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken and Shrimp

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the diced chicken and shrimp, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the onions. Add the cooked chicken, shrimp, char siu, and scrambled eggs. Stir to mix all ingredients evenly.

  6. 6

    Season the Rice

Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated and heated through.

  7. 7

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions. Serve hot.
