Chili Garlic Edamame Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions for Chili Garlic Edamame

  1. 1

    Prepare the Edamame

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Chili Garlic Oil

In a wok or large skillet, heat the chili oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Combine and Toss

Add the cooked edamame to the wok with the garlic oil. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
