Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and prepare them as listed.

Heat the Oil
In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Stir-fry Aromatics
Add minced garlic and sliced Thai chili to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Seafood
Add the sliced cuttlefish, shrimp, and manila clams to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the clams open up.

Add Vegetables
Add the sliced kraichai, torn lime leaves, and a handful of Thai basil leaves. Stir to combine.

Season the Dish
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional Thai basil if desired.
