Toast the Bread
Start by toasting the slices of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Avocado
In a bowl, scoop out the avocado and mash it with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Toast
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted sourdough slices.

Add Toppings
Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the avocado. Crumble feta cheese over the tomatoes.

Finish and Serve
Drizzle olive oil over the toast and add additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
