- 1
Prepare the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (5 oz each) and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
- 4
Toast the Buns
Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom bun, spread 2 tablespoons of Lunch Box Sauce. Place one patty on top, followed by lettuce, onion, pickles, and 3 strips of bacon. Add the second patty, repeat the toppings, and finally add the third patty on top with the last slice of American cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
