Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if necessary.

  2. 2

    Apply Dry Rub

In a bowl, mix all the dry rub ingredients. Generously rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they're well coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or in the smoker, bone side down. Cook for about 3-4 hours, maintaining a steady temperature, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Barbecue Sauce

In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes until thickened.

  5. 5

    Glaze the Ribs

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the barbecue sauce on the ribs every 10 minutes for a flavorful glaze.

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill or smoker, let them rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
