For the Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops

Method

For the Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb Chops

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and salt. Add lamb chops to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Prepare for Cooking

Preheat your grill or oven to a medium-high temperature. If using a grill, oil the grates lightly.

  3. 3

    Cook the Lamb Chops

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Brush with olive oil. Grill or roast the chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with walnut chutney.
