    Steep the Tea

    Boil 2 cups of water and pour it over the jasmine pearl tea leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then strain the leaves and let the tea cool.

    Prepare the Passion Fruit

    In a mixing bowl, combine the passion fruit pulp with honey or sugar. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

    Mix the Drink

    In a large glass or pitcher, combine the cooled jasmine tea, passion fruit mixture, and sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.

    Serve

    Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the passion fruit and tea mixture over the ice, and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
