Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Prawns

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the wild tiger prawns and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Red Pepper Chutney

While the prawns are marinating, prepare the red pepper chutney. Roast 2 red bell peppers over an open flame or in an oven until charred. Place them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes. Once cooled, peel off the charred skin, remove seeds, and blend with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and a splash of vinegar until smooth.

  3. 3

    Cook the Prawns

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the grilled prawns hot with a generous dollop of red pepper chutney on the side.
