In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until combined.
- 5
Incorporate Gelatin
Heat the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for about 10 seconds until fully dissolved. Gradually add it to the yogurt mixture, folding gently to combine.

Chill Mousse
Transfer the mousse mixture into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
