Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean Seafood

Begin by cleaning and preparing all the seafood. Rinse the cuttlefish and prawns under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare Pork

Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Marinating

  1. 3

    Make Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

  2. 4

    Marinate Pork

Add the pork pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 5

    Marinate Seafood

In another bowl, add the cuttlefish and prawns to the remaining marinade. Toss to coat and let them marinate for the last 15 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 6

    Grill Pork

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pork pieces. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

  2. 7

    Grill Seafood

After removing the pork, add the marinated cuttlefish and prawns to the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve Dish

Once cooked, arrange the grilled pork, cuttlefish, and prawns on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
