Method
Preparation
- 1
Measure Coffee
Using a scale, measure out 50 grams of single origin AARARI coffee beans.
- 2
Grind Coffee Beans
Grind the coffee beans to a coarse consistency. This ensures optimal extraction during brewing.
- 3
Boil Water
Fill a kettle with 500 ml of filtered water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, let it cool for about 30 seconds to reach the ideal brewing temperature, around 90-95°C (194-203°F).
Brewing
- 4
Add Coffee to Brewer
Place the ground coffee into the coffee maker or French press.
- 5
Pour Water
Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Start from the center and move outward in a spiral pattern.
- 6
Steep Coffee
Allow the coffee to steep for 4 to 5 minutes. If using a French press, give it a gentle stir at the 2-minute mark.
- 7
Press or Filter
If using a French press, press down the plunger slowly to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee. If using a coffee maker, ensure the brewed coffee is collected in the carafe.
