Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined; the batter may be slightly lumpy—do not overmix.
Cooking Pancakes

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat Cooking
Continue with the remaining batter, adding more grease to the pan as needed.
Serving

Plate and Top
Stack the pancakes on a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh red berries.
