Method

Preparing the Guacamole

  1. 1

    Make the Guacamole

In a medium bowl, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.

  2. 2

    Add the Ingredients

Add lime juice, salt, garlic powder, finely chopped red onion, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocado. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  3. 3

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if desired. Set aside.

Toasting the Bread

  1. 4

    Toast the Bread

Place the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat. Toast until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 5

    Heat the Butter

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. 6

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes.

Assembling the Breakfast

  1. 7

    Assemble the Toast

Spread a generous amount of guacamole on each toasted bread slice.

  2. 8

    Top with Eggs

Place the cooked eggs on top of the guacamole-covered toast.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Oz's Breakfast!
