Infusion Process

Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing your watermelon by dicing it into small cubes. Measure out the Muju Jasmine tea, dried hibiscus flowers, and fresh rosemary.

Combine Ingredients
In a large glass jar or infuser, combine the Tequila Casamigos Blanco, watermelon cubes, Muju Jasmine tea, dried hibiscus flowers, and fresh rosemary.

Infuse
Seal the jar and let the mixture infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Mixing and Serving

Strain the Infusion
After the infusion period, strain the tequila mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a cocktail shaker to remove the solids.

Mix the Cocktail
In the cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake the infused tequila vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serve
Fill a glass with ice and pour the shaken mixture over the ice. Top with Three Cents Pink Grapefruit soda and gently stir.

Garnish with a fresh slice of watermelon and a sprig of rosemary before serving.
