Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a large wine glass or a spritz glass by filling it with ice water. Let it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Cocchi Rosè, 1 oz of Pink Grapefruit Liqueur, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Mixture
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the shaken mixture into the glass.

Top with Franciacorta
Carefully top the cocktail with 4 oz of Franciacorta Bellavista Alma Grande Cuvée Zero Dosage, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of pink grapefruit and a few fresh mint leaves on top.
