Prepare Espresso

Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew 1 cup of espresso using 30 grams of Caffè Lavazza 1895 ground coffee.
Mix Cherry Soda

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 150 ml of Three Cents Cherry Soda with 15 ml of simple syrup. Stir gently to mix.
Assemble Drink

Combine Espresso and Soda
In a tall glass, pour the brewed espresso over ice. Slowly add the cherry soda mixture on top of the espresso.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with 2 fresh cherries and a few mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
