Cheese Preparation

Prepare the Cheese
Take the Blu di capra cheese out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance its flavor.

Season the Cheese
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the cheese for added flavor.
Wild Berries Sauce Preparation

Cook the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine wild blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken, about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Cool the Sauce
Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
Plating

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, place the Blu di capra cheese in the center. Drizzle the wild berries sauce over the cheese.

Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish. Serve alongside crackers or bread for a complete tasting experience.
