Prepare the Espresso
Brew 2 shots of strong espresso coffee using your preferred method and set aside.

Serve the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, place a generous scoop (about 1 cup) of vanilla ice cream.

Pour the Espresso
Immediately pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.

Garnish
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder on top of the affogato before serving.

Prepare the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Mix Egg Yolks and Sugar
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 egg yolks and 3/4 cup of granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Add Mascarpone and Vanilla
Gently fold in 1 cup of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the egg mixture until smooth.

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled espresso coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers on the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Add Second Layer
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve
Before serving, dust the top with 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
