Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add White Wine and Tomatoes

Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes. Add the canned diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Cook the Seafood

Add the mussels and clams to the skillet and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to open. Then add the shrimp, calamari, and crab claws, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the seafood and sauce. Stir in the chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
