Chocolate Mousse

Melt the Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Combine
Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Chill
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Lemon Tart

Make the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.

Bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar until smooth.

Bake the Tart
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for another 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool before serving.

Layer the Ingredients
In a serving glass, layer Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, mixed berries, and granola.

Repeat Layers
Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
