Grain Club

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Dough

Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for about 20 minutes until softened. Drain and chop finely. In a bowl, mix the squacquerone cheese, shredded rabbit, chopped porcini, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.

Prepare the Filling

Divide the rested dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece into thin sheets using a pasta machine or a rolling pin, keeping the thickness uniform.

On one sheet, place small mounds of the filling about 2 inches apart. Brush the dough around the filling with water. Place another sheet of dough on top and press gently to seal. Cut out the ravioli with a cutter.

Assemble the Ravioli

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli in batches for about 3-4 minutes until they float to the top. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Serve the ravioli warm, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, add the olive oil and sliced onion. Sauté until the onions are caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.

Season the ribeye steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Increase the heat to high and add the seasoned steak to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

In the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the steak. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Slice the hoagie rolls in half. Layer the bacon, steak with melted cheese, and caramelized onions on the bottom half of each roll. Top with the other half of the roll.

Serve the steak sandwiches warm with your choice of sides.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into strips.

Prepare the Vegetables

Toss the sliced vegetables in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Slice the halloumi cheese into 1/2-inch thick slices. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Spread a generous amount of hummus on the inside of each pita bread or ciabatta roll. Layer the grilled vegetables and halloumi cheese inside.

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet with the sausage and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the chard is wilted.

Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, season with black pepper and salt, and toss everything together until well combined.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the truffle butter. Add the prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Slice the smoked turkey breast and Brie cheese into thin pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the slices of whole grain bread in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides.

Toast the Bread

On one slice of toasted bread, layer the smoked turkey, followed by the Brie cheese, apple chutney, and a handful of arugula. Top with another slice of bread.

If desired, grill the sandwich in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve immediately.

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties, about ¾ inch thick.

Prepare the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-well, or until they reach an internal temperature of 150°F (65°C).

Cook the Burger

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty, covering to melt the cheese.

While the burger cooks, wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

Prepare the Toppings

Toast the burger buns if desired. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun, then layer with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the sourdough bread into bite-sized cubes. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Make the Dressing

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss to mix.

Serve the salad in individual bowls with the dressing on the side.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the shredded chicken to the skillet with the onions and stir to combine. Pour in the OMG cheese sauce, stirring until everything is well mixed and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

Slice the sub rolls in half and place a generous portion of the chicken and cheese mixture inside each roll. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Sandwiches

Place the assembled sandwiches under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and then serve with housemade chips on the side.

Wash and slice the tomato. Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry.

Lightly toast the brioche bread slices until golden brown.

On one slice of toasted brioche, spread the cilantro aioli. Layer the ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Top with another slice of brioche. Repeat for the second sandwich.
