Method

Crepe Preparation

1

Make the Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

3

Fill the Crepes

Spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe and fold them into quarters. Serve warm.

4

Serve

Top with whipped cream and serve with a side of fresh berries.
