Main Ingredients

Method

Cooking the Hash Browns

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the hash browns, spreading them evenly in the pan.

  2. 2

    Cook the Hash Browns

Cook for about 5-7 minutes without stirring until they are golden brown on the bottom. Flip them over and cook for another 5-7 minutes until both sides are crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking the Main Ingredients

  1. 3

    Cook the Meat

In a separate skillet, cook your choice of bacon, sausage, scrapple, turkey bacon, ham steak, Canadian bacon, or corned beef hash according to the package instructions, or until crispy and heated through.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Eggs

In the skillet with the meat (or a clean skillet if you prefer), crack the two eggs. Cook them to your liking: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled. Season with salt and pepper.

Toasting the Bread

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs and meat are cooking, toast the two slices of bread until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the crispy hash browns, the cooked meat, the eggs, and the toasted bread. Enjoy your Two Eggs 'Your Way'!
