- 3
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or blueberries.

Cook Hot Cakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each hot cake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (approximately 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Cook Hash Browns
In another skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the hash browns. Cook until crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook Sausage and Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the sausage links and bacon strips over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes for sausage and 4-6 minutes for bacon.
- 8
Toast Bread
While the meat is cooking, toast the bread slices. Once toasted, spread with butter.

Serve
On a plate, serve the hot cakes with the cooked eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and toast on the side.
