Prepare the Pork Belly
In a large pot, place the pork belly and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours until tender. Remove the pork and let it cool before slicing.

Make the Broth
In the same pot, add soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, chicken broth, and sesame paste. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 30 minutes to develop flavors.

Cook the Noodles
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Dumplings
Prepare the HMK dumplings as per package instructions, either by boiling or steaming.

Assemble the Ramen
In serving bowls, add a portion of ramen noodles, ladle the rich sesame broth over them. Top with sliced pork belly, dumplings, green onions, and nori sheets.
