Preparation Steps
Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a chilled margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip it in coarse salt to coat the rim.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, HCP Lilikoi syrup, and fresh sour mix.
Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
