Slicing the Fish
Using a sharp knife, slice each type of fish into thin sashimi-style pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange them on a platter in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Chilling the Platter
Cover the sliced fish with plastic wrap and place the platter in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to chill before serving.

Serve the sashimi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side for dipping.
