Prepare the Fish
Cut the Big Eye 'Ahi into small cubes, about 1/2 inch in size. Place the fish in a mixing bowl.

Incorporate Inamona
Add the roasted Inamona to the mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

Spice it Up
Add chili to taste, depending on how spicy you want the poke to be.

Mix in Ogo
Rinse the Ogo in cold water and chop it into small pieces before adding it to the mixture.

Season with Salt
Sprinkle the Hawaiian salt over the mixture and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.

Garnish with Green Onion
Chop the green onion and sprinkle it over the poke as a garnish before serving.

Let the poke sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, then serve chilled.
