Preparation of Rice

    Prepare Sushi Rice

    Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool and mix in rice vinegar.

Ahi Poke

    Mix Ahi Poke

    In a bowl, combine diced Ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sea salt, and chili flakes. Toss gently and serve with seaweed garnish.

Ahi Maki Roll

    Assemble Ahi Maki Roll

    Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice, leaving some space at the top. Add sliced Ahi, avocado, and cucumber. Roll tightly and slice into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Furikake Salmon Poke

    In a bowl, combine diced salmon, soy sauce, furikake seasoning, green onions, sea salt, and sesame oil. Toss gently and serve.

Spicy Ahi Poke

    In a bowl, mix diced Ahi tuna with soy sauce, sriracha, mayonnaise, green onions, and sesame oil. Toss gently and garnish with seaweed.

Japanese Hamachi Maki Roll

    Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice, add sliced Hamachi, avocado, and cucumber. Roll tightly and slice into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Vegetable Maki Roll

    Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread sushi rice, and layer with julienned carrot, cucumber, and avocado. Roll tightly and slice into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
