Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss the cubed Ohia Sweet Bread with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Sear the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Toss well to combine. Add the seared shrimp and croutons, then gently toss again.

Serve
Divide the salad among serving plates or bowls. Top with the remaining Parmigiano Reggiano and additional black pepper if desired. Enjoy your Seared Shrimp Caesar!
