Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Clams and Mussels
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and add the clams and mussels. Pour in the white wine, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shells open. Discard any that do not open.

Sear the Fish
Remove the clams and mussels from the skillet. Add another tablespoon of butter and sear the white fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Plate the seafood pasta and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy!
