Lamb Rack

Method

Marination and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine sake, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Lamb Rack

Place the lamb rack in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

  3. 3

    Cook the Lamb Rack

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Remove the lamb from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
