Prepare the Beurre Blanc
In a saucepan, combine white wine and lemon juice over medium heat. Reduce by half.

Add Butter
Whisk in the butter, one piece at a time, until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Pat the Ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare the Soy Mustard
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and Dijon mustard to create the soy mustard sauce.

Plate the blackened Ahi tuna and drizzle with Beurre Blanc and soy mustard. Enjoy!
