Macadamia Nut Crusted Hawaiian Fish

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Make the Crust

In a bowl, combine the chopped macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until the nuts and breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Crust the Fish

Place the seasoned fish fillets on a greased baking sheet. Evenly spread the macadamia nut mixture over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
