Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Rub the blackening spice evenly over the surface of each steak.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ahi Tuna

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned tuna steaks and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until a crust forms and the fish is cooked to your liking.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Sriracha, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth and heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Place the cooked ahi tuna steaks on a serving plate and drizzle the spicy soy mustard butter sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
