Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels. Rub the blackening spice evenly over the surface of each steak.

Cook the Ahi Tuna
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned tuna steaks and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until a crust forms and the fish is cooked to your liking.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Sriracha, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth and heated through.
