Cooking Instructions

- 2
Sauté the Base
In a large paella pan or heavy-bottomed pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add the Sausages
Add the sliced Portuguese sausage and chorizo to the pan. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the sausages are browned.
- 4
Add Rice and Spices
Stir in the paella rice, paprika, saffron, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb the flavors.
- 5
Pour in the Broth
Slowly pour in the chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- 6
Add Seafood
Add the lobster, shrimp, and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the seafood is cooked through.
- 7
Serve
Remove from heat, let it sit for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
