Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add Salt and Orzo
Once the water is boiling, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 cup of orzo pasta to the pot.

Cook Orzo
Cook the orzo according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the orzo is al dente, drain it in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
