Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets in a greased baking dish.

  2. 2

    Make the Crust

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to create a crumbly texture.

  3. 3

    Crust the Fish

Evenly spread the macadamia nut mixture over the top of the fish fillets, pressing it down gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Bake the Fish

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

  5. 5

    Cook the Asparagus

While the fish is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Kabocha Orzo

In a pot, boil water and cook the orzo according to package instructions. In another pot, add the diced kabocha squash and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain the orzo and mix it with the kabocha squash and heavy cream. Stir until creamy.

  7. 7

    Make the Lobster Sauce

In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cooked lobster meat and stir for a few minutes until heated through. Optionally, add a splash of cream for extra richness.

  8. 8

    Serve

Plate the macadamia nut crusted fish alongside the sautéed asparagus and creamy kabocha orzo. Drizzle with lobster sauce.
