Prepare the Fish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets in a greased baking dish.

Make the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to create a crumbly texture.

Crust the Fish
Evenly spread the macadamia nut mixture over the top of the fish fillets, pressing it down gently to adhere.

Bake the Fish
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Prepare the Kabocha Orzo
In a pot, boil water and cook the orzo according to package instructions. In another pot, add the diced kabocha squash and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain the orzo and mix it with the kabocha squash and heavy cream. Stir until creamy.

Plate the macadamia nut crusted fish alongside the sautéed asparagus and creamy kabocha orzo. Drizzle with lobster sauce.
