Prepare the Nuts
In a skillet over medium heat, combine macadamia nuts, sugar, ground ginger, and lime juice. Stir until the sugar has melted and the nuts are coated. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the nuts are toasted and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool.
